Hot Floresent

Noticed something, and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

In our 6362, one of the overhead Floresent lights was extreamly HOT to the touch. I'm sure it should be cool to the touch. It was really hot.

I haven't gotten to the Dealer yet, just turned that light off. I'm sure this isn't right and I'm worried about a fire hazard.

Anyone else experience this? Thanks.

Went to the Dealer who indicated that "those lights get sort of hot but they shouldn't be that hot".
Well, I went to Lowe's and bought 2 new lamps which I replaced. After which, they were not nearly as hot to the touch as before. The difference is very noticible.
