Fresh water tank drain

I have a 2002 Prairie Schooner. Can anyone tell me where I night find the fresh water drain. I have had this trailer for three years and have never used the fresh water tank till now. I am trying to get it cleaned out. I do not see a drain and I think there should be one but maybe it is inside the belly cover.

I found it. I was looking too far forward. It is back toward the rear wheel.
