Going back to factory in July

WE have had our 2008 Crescendo 40K for 11 months and it has never been in storage, even during our Iowa winter. Either on the road or in the shop. Our dealer says the issues are too many for even him to fix and he does not have the know how or tools and he is a pretty decent dealer. We have about 8000 miles on it and bought it new. We really like it, we just want it to work like it should. They have one chance at the factory and then a lawsuit (no big deal for me since I am a lawyer, but I also know that lawsuits are not pleasant for anyone, they can be real time suckers.)

I'm not sure what you want either. But it sounds like your dealer just wants to sell motorhomes, not fix them there isn't as much money in that end of a dealership. Most things that need fixing can be done with common us tools. Maybe if you want to sue someone you should start with the dealer. How many chances did you give him?
