My oven stopped working and the pilot will not light. The gas water heater and gas range are working fine. The RV service people tell me that the oven thermocouple cannot be replaced seperately and that the whole valve subassembly must be replaced. They say that they replace a lot of them. Now to the problem. The Magic Chef range / oven does not have a model number on it anywhere ( that I can find). The service people tell me that there should be a sticker visible when the range top is lifted, not far from the oven valve. There is no sticker, I assume it came off at some point and was lost.

Gulfstream and Magic Chef are no help. Does anyone out there have a 1994 Gulfstream Conquest? If so could you give me the model number of the range / oven. Perhaps it is the same model as mine and will enable me to order the required part.

Do you have to cook Chef Boyardee ravioli/spaghetti? I bought a few cans of chef boyardee ravioli/spaghetti and I don't have a microwave(living in college dorm). Is it okay for me to just eat it out of the can? The can is the kind you have to open with a can opener, not those easy pop open ones.
