I have a 2006 34frbw sedona and wheni was cleaning it last night i noticed it had a air bubble at the vent in the bathroom it is about 3" around from what i have read and what i thought it will cause more damage to fix than to leave. is this true what is the best thing to do. I hear that it is from the rubber roof not being put on properly. thanks for the help

I think I would bring it to the attention of my dealer as well
as to the customer service at Gulf Stream. Get it on record
in case it gets worse after the warranty runs out.

I would check the sealant around the vent since the bubble is very near it, You could have a leak causing water to get under the rubber roof membrane making the glue loosen.

Make sure all the screws are sealed that hold the vent in place.

Like stated earlier, I would have the dealer look at it and make sure that it is noted to Gulf Stream.

Keep an eye on this area in the future.

I did check the seal around the vent and everything looks ok I am not able to push the air out of the bubble and it does not seem to have any leaks on the inside. I contacted john bruhn and he said that he would note it in my file so that if it gets worse they will have documentation of it for what ever it is worth. I doubt that they will fix anything if it is out of warrenty. But i think at this point trying to patch it up will cause a leak and i am better off taking a chance with the bubble than the patch up job thanks for your help

Scott,
We had the same problem with one of our former Gulf Stream
motor homes. They had made a note on our file and a year or
so later when it got worse they did replace the whole roof. And yes,
it was out of warranty.
