Conquest 6341 bunkhouse what's a fair price

Looking at a 2008 Conquest 6341 with the bunkhouse option. Unit is under 2000 miles and never been titled. Even though it is considered new and still on MSO, apparently warranty from GS is no longer valid. What's a fair price for such a unit and should I insist on a warranty if I purchase it? After reading warranty service nightmares dealing with GS, perhaps a 3rd party one might be better anyway? ANy comments on those?

I did a quick google search and found three on the market. Two had fewer than 2000 miles and were around $84000. One had 19000 miles and listed for $69985. All were on the Chevy 5500 Kodiak chassis. I did not find any on the International chassis.

As far as warranties go, I bought one for my SuperNova when I purchased it new and have found it to be very rewarding. I would certainly try to get the dealer to throw in the 3rd party warranty.
