Slideout roller roblem

My 2006 Sun Voyager closet slideout has 3 rollers and a cable system. The 2 end rollers seem to be cutting into the underside of the slide. The front roller or pulley is leaving metal shavings on the carpet when we open it. The rollers are turning but it appears that the brackets are cutting into the surface. Anyone having this problem with theirs? I am taking it in for repair at the end of Aug. Any info is appreciated.

Had that problem on my 07 tourmaster...it wasnt the rollers...the bottom of the slide is wood.....not solid but like a 4x8 on your stick homes roof....it got wet from a leak....turned out the leak was on my fridge door on same side of bus it would leak in while I was driving in the rain....when we stopped and put slide out carpet was wet ....we thought it was the seals around the slide...changed all those and replaced the bottom with new wood and put a sheet of aluminum to protect wood and carpet was stll getting wet.......jim k
