Hi guys,

New to the forum and soon to be new to the RV world as we're about to buy this trailer. Just wondering your thoughts on this as I can't find much anything through the search option. All we know is that the layout is perfect for what we need. It is in mint condition and extremely well taken care of.. priced at $18k(CND). They paid $31k(CND) new so I feel it is a fair deal. What do you think? Any issues or concerns I should be aware of?

Welcome to the forum. Just check it over for any evidence of leaks, be sure to check the roof and floor thoroughly for soft spots and make sure all appliances and systems work properly. If YOU like the layout and think it is a good deal, that's all that matters.
