Roof Leaks 2003 Yellowstone DP

I have a 2003 Yellowstone DP (Silver Edition). Have to recaulk the roof seams every 3-4 months to stop leaks. Anyone else having this much of a problem with leaks?

Also have ceiling problems (stains, dark marks, etc) have tried the diluted bleach etc spray no effect. Talked with the "detailer" at a very high end bus converter about it, looked over the ceiling and said it should not be steam cleaned due to delamination in spots. Waiting on a quote for a new ceiling.

I have never used this product. But every thing I read about it, it seems like it is the solution for somebody that is having problems with roof leaks. It is call Eternabond tape. They say once you apply this stuff that you never have to worry about the roof ever leaking again.
You can get it through the internet. It cost about a dollar a foot, but if it is as good as they say, it is well worth it.
