Hello. I'm new to this forum and a (new to me) 2006 gulfstream bt cruiser owner. My question is: has anyone mounted a PORTA-Bote on a like unit?On my last rv, I made and installed the brackets on the side of the unit. With the slide out, I'm a bit afraid of compromising or damaging the frame. As of now, I'm leaning towards installing the brackets on the roof. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks............John
