When my 2008 International Endura pumps fuel from one tank to the other, the fuel gauge will move slowly past full and the empty idiot light illuminates and an alarm sounds. This will usually corrects itself in a few minutes. The tanks appear to be very close to containing the same amount of diesel fuel as when I fill them up they both take approximately the same quantity of fuel. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I had both fuel senders and the dash reflashed under warranty from mother international. Still don't work right. i got 140 gallons of fuel, but it beeps low at 80 down. I'll try and get great lakes to help this year again, but so far I'm stumped. look for updates to this I WILL figure this out HJ :?

I disconnected every inline connector I could find associated with the fuel system. Cleaned each using LPS, water displacement spray, and then reassembled all the connections. So far, so good. My issue has not reappeared since and I have traveled about 1000 miles. I am keeping my fingers crossed. Going next month to Georgia to get an observation deck installed on the roof by TrickFab. We follow NASCAR and like camping in the infield. Happy travels and good luck with your fuel system.

Ron,

I just got back from TrickFab in Senoia, GA. They installed my observation deck on top of my motor home. I have attached two photographs of the finished work. The work was completed over a weekend and the finished product is sturdy and exactly what I wanted. Their work is not cheap ($6000), but typically you get what you pay for. I upgraded the side supports to mirror finish, so they would not detract from the motor home's full paint. The deck above the air conditioner is strong enough to stand on and the ladder can actually hold an adult unlike our original ladder. The railings fold flat against the deck and lock in place for travel. This added about two inches to overall height of the motorhome (deck above air conditioner is tallest point). I am satisfied and looking forward to using it at the Daytona race in July.
