Gray and Black water tank insulating?

I have a 2009 28 RLR and plan on living in it thru the upcoming winter. Is there anything I need to do to the waste water tanks to keep them from freezing?
Also what is the best way to insulate the underside of this type trailer?

you can buy heating pads for tanks, try campingworld. mine are by J R products, also try Ultraheat. my dealer said for short term use to pour some RV antifreeze down waste/grey water tanks. dont know if this would work. sorry,no ideas on isulating underbelly.
