Front and Rear indicators not working

Hi everyone I have a 1992 gulfstream class C ultra on a E350, I assume I have a short but not sure where to start looking for it I have alreay checked the fuses and bulbs so now I'm on to checking the wiring but Where is the place to start?
Whats not working, left right blinkers front and rear, reverse lights and hazzard lights
what is working, head lights, running lights and brake lights

Check the wiring at the fuse block. Sometimes a powdery residue will build up and cause a high resistance connection from the battery through the fuse to the lights. If this residue is present, clean it out with warm water, and blow the fuse block dry.
