Hello from Europe! My name is Bob and I'm an English chap living in France.
My wife Chrissy and I are just in the process of buying a 1993 Sun Clipper that was sold new in the UK. We intend to use the vehicle for long periods, several months at a time if not full-time and we're making plans to lighten, modernise and re-equip the machine for a family of four.
We've noted that the internals of the RV are all pretty modular and much of what is in there right now will be removed and carefully stored with a view to putting it back when we upgrade to a newer model. We intend to convert the rear portion into a kids room with cabin beds and plenty of storage. We need also to put a double bed into the main cabin such that whatever seating and eating area we can retain.
I'd like to plan the whole thing out and I've been looking for any line-drawings and dimensions I can find so I can get the design job right. I've also found that Gulfstream don't make older specs and drawings available so I'm appealing to anyone who can help by sending me any info. I'd like to get hold of internal dimensions if possible.
