I have a 1997 Class C Conquest with Creation windows. You all know Creation is out of business. My question is how do I get my hands on new slider side rubber gasket moulding that seals against the window. Are there any sources for this material on the planet? Or plan 'B', how do you expand a shrunken rubber gasket to its original size? A friend mentioned removing the gasket and soaking it in silicone as he has previously had success with. Anyone have any experience with this dilemma?
Thanks for the help.

Just some suggestions. #1 Do not remove the gasket until you have an actual replacement, or " ya got a sheet of plastic & A LOAD OF duct tape".
Go to a Glazer. Or go to a Auto glass repair shop. Tell them what you have and they maybe able to point you in the right direction or they have a product like it. I had problems with a window in my old Trimarine Sailboat It came from England (couldn't get a replacement) but a local Glazer/Glass shop had something to replace it with.
Oh.. rubber doesn't expand. It will "stretch". But it goes back to the way it was originally was. Good luck.

Thanks. I'm also thinking of contacting a job shop and contracting them to make about a thousand feet of this stuff and make it available to other Gulf Streamers in the same boat with the Creation windows. There's gotta be a bunch of us in the same situation.
