slideout problem

I have a 2010 29ft 5th wheel canyon trail that as a living room slide,it seems to go out fine but not even all the way, stays of about an inch on the top on one side.But even worst than that when I try to bring it in, it moves alittle then stops and will not lift up to come in.Seems like it dosnt have enough power. :?

Hi Doug,
Your slide is out of alignment. Take it to your dealer and have it adjusted. If your handy it can be done yourself but If you never have done it I wouldn't recommend it.

Stull trying to figure out whats going on with my slide . Took it too a dealer as suggested, they adjusted it but it didnt fix the problem.It still wont come in on its own without lifting and pushing.They are going to take another look at it on Monday.They seem to think something must be on hook from underneath.Maybe the shaft or something.I am very new to the world of camping,what should I expect the cost to be,anyone have any idea...
