Slide out problems on 2006 GS Sedona

Went camping last week, when trying to pull living room slide in the floor had dropped too low, had to push in while wife ran operating switch. Finally came in with a loud pop. How is this adjusted. Any help will be appreciated.

I just posted this in another thread too, might want to check the tightness of all the stop nuts on your slides too.
