Visa 23BK slide out

Does anyone have any details or photos of the slide mechanism? Im wondering if it in hydraulic or cable. Has anyone had any issues?
Also wondering how much it henders the ability to walk through when it's in the travel position?

We have a 23RBK. The mechanism that runs the slide out is a rack and pinion type of gearing. It is not very sophisticated, using a simple rack to move the entire slide in and out. The slide-out "room" rests on simple plastic runners that facilitate the inward and outward movement. With the slide fully retracted, it is easy to move through the trailer, as the slide unit is not very deep.
