2001 Innsbruck Slide Out 345

I recently purchased a 2001 Innsbruck and the slide out i believe is not right. When sliding it out, it slides really hard on the rear of the slideout. And when it is completely out it looks like it tips to the back. It angles to the rear of the camper. I looked under the slide out to see if it was adjusted correct and from what i see it is. I re-inforced the mounting bracket on the slideout due to the fact that the plywood that it was bolted to was not in good shape. I put it back together and when you slide it in, that part does not want to come in like it is caught and then when it does it comes in really really hard on that end. When you look on the outside it does look like it does not sit in there straight. Also when it completely out it feels like it tips out. Not sure if this makes much sense but the just of it is that the slide does not sit square in the cutout for the slide out.
Anyone ever have these types of problems? I am pulling it out in about a month and have another option that i can try and see if it works...if anyone has any ideas to make this straight and so it doesn't ruin the bottom of the slideout, inform me.
