We bought a 2006 Gulfstream Cavalier travel trailer in November and have been living in it since November of last year. A few days ago we thought the microwave was going out because the it seemed to lose power and wasnt cooking as well. We put in a new microwave and it is doing the same, we also noticed that when the fridge comes on the tv cuts off and if i plug anything into a socket the tv cuts out. It hasn't been doing this before and it looks like all the breakers are ok and the fuses are ok. What could suddenly cause the power to start fluctuating?? any help would be appreciated

You need to check your supply voltage where you plug the trailer into. Also check your voltagr while using the microwave or other high amp draw appliance.
The problem is more than likely the voltage being supplied to your trailer is too low.

If you arent plugged in directly your extension cord may not be heavy gauge enough or too long. if too small it would have worked FINE FOR AWHILE, but kept getting hot creating resistance and ruining cord. i use 10AWG. Check connection torque on circuit panel to breakers? POWER DIS-CONNECTED FIRST OF COURSE. GOOD LUCK.
