Tv mount for 19ERD

Does any one know of a tv mount for the small tv area in the Dinette of the Visa? A wall mount will not work because there is no substantial backing.
Could be mounted from the shelf above, but would want an articulating arm so that it could be tilted.

Need a source or brand. If not a bracket that could be attached up and down
