TracStar and Direct TV

HI, Our 2006 sunvoyager came with TracStar and Direct TV equipment. Not sure why there would be both. Can someone explain what the TracStar actually does and why Direct TV is needed too? Thanks, Nancy

Perhaps the TracStar for internet and DirecTV for Television?

TracStar is a generation of in motion satellite antenna's. That is needed to either get to Direct or Dish satellites if you want to watch television.
