We have the 2006 Gulf Stream Indpendence. Ran the air conditioners today for the first time in a long time. Maybe first time since we bought the coach. Got a low voltage indicator from the "CCI Controls" panel under the refrigerator. When we turned a 12 V light on it would chirp. The refrigerator quit operating as well. Turned the air conditioners off and started the coach. The low-voltage light went out on the CCI Controls panel and the refrigerator came back on.

It appears (?) that running the air conditioners for some reason created a drain on the battery, and being plugged into shore power would not offset that drain. Will turn the engine off shortly and see what happens, but would appreciate any information you might have on why this has happened. It is a new occurrence for us.

Thanks,
Tim

The fix. There were 13 V coming out of the Intellitect unit under the bed. Only 12 V at the battery terminals. In the forward-most bay on the driver's side there are two switches. Shaped like silver cans. The tech used a jumper to get the switches to open and close. Then we had 13 V at the battery terminals. There are several circuit breakers on the front wall of the same bay that appeared to be open. Closed them as well. Theory is that we had a power surge that bunged things up.
