Lighted outside grab handle

Anyone know if its wired to the parking lights or the outside porch light?

Mine is wired to the outside porch light.

Here is the replacement bulb for your grab handle if it is burned out. Pretty simple to change out. This is the one I had on the 07 Tourmaster that I recently traded.

It's wired to the porch light, but if it does not work, it is most likely the bulb in the handle. I have
had mine fixed once already and it does not work again now.

I believe those handles have a small light bulb in the end of the handle and a fiber optic which goes through the center of the plastic hand hold.

I just purchased one from Gulf Stream. It wasn't cheap and I had a lot of trouble getting them to ship to Canada. But, in the end they did help me. I just have to wait until Spring to install it. Looks like an easy fix.

I didn't know we had a lighted handle until I read this post. Checked and sure enough, there was the wiring. Ordered the lamp shown above (actually ordered 2 as they were cheap) and installed it yesterday. Works great and looks nice.

Dennis- I also ordered two because of the price when I placed my order a while back. I traded my Tourmaster recently for a new Phaeton and ironically ran into a guy with another Gulf Stream who also didn't know his grab bar was lighted. Gave him my extra and he is a happy camper.

Yes you can get some pretty good discounts with Amazon Prime, BUT! to belong to Prime you have to pay something like $95.00 to join membership.

Only mentioned Prime because there was no shipping charges. Without Prime, the shipping charges would have been $3.15. So, light assembly would still have been less than $10.00 shipped.
