No sound from Jensen radio?

In a 2008 Gulf Stream Independence, is there any switch or something that prohibits sound from the stereo speakers? I am troubleshooting my Jensen VR209TP. Everything seems to work fine, except I can not get any sound out of the speakers?...(mute is off).

In my Tour Master there is a dash rocker switch that selects the audio to the speakers to be sourced EITHER from the entertainment center or the dash radio. My switch has a musical note icon on it. If you find such a switch on the dash of your coach, try its other position...
