Water pump switches

2007 GS 36' Trio Yellowstone. Why do I have two separate water pump switches? One switch located on panel which shows various water and LP levels and one switch on bathroom vanity cabinet along with light and potable water holding tank heater switch.

Just like any 3 way light switch, saves a few steps if you can turn the pump on from where ever you're at.

I've also seen a switch in the wet bay, I think if there's a shower installed

I have the same set up and it is just to turn it off and on at either location. Saves steps.
