2002 or 2003 BT Cruiser 5211B

Just picked up a BT Cruiser 5211B and was told it was a 2003. The VIN for the E350 comes back as a 2002. Is this normal? What is the difference, if any, between a 2002 and 2003 BT Cruiser 5211B?

It is normal for a motorhome chassis to be a year older that the motorhome manfacturers year, such as yours. Motorhome manufacturers buy many chassis ahead of time and they sit on thier storage lot until they are needed in the manufacturing plant. Our motorhome is a 2004 but the chassis was built in 2003.
