Roof Repair 2007 Vista Cruiser 4230

We just bought a used 2007 Vista Cruiser 4230. I notice some indication of leaking around windows and possibly the roof. I checked outside and see the windows are caulked, but could be redone again. The roof looks fine, but I'd like to recoat it myself. I did a different RV last year with a rubber roof.

Not sure what type of roof this one is, and what kind of coating material would be best for this particular roof.
