Class C in excellent shape inside and out. We've had a ball using this RV, it has a lot of room, drives really well, has awesome towing power (10,000lb hitch), and very low miles especially for the diesel engine. My wife and I generally dislike most RV interiors so last year we did an overhaul on the interior, replacing all the upholstery on the valances, privacy curtains & new pull-down shade, couch, sitting chair, and dinette to liven it up a bit. We added faux tile backsplash that turned out great and replaced the vinyl floor with a really durable laminate hardwood that looks awesome. We didn't forget to maintain the big stuff either, heres a list of mechanical/maintenance items that we updated over the last 12-15 months:

-2 New House Batteries
-New slide out awnings over both slides
-New slide out seals on both slides
-Installed new Roadmaster rear sway bar for better control/handling
-professional alignment by heavy duty truck shop
-All new Bilstein shocks only 3 months old
-All new fuel, oil, air filters and service 3 months ago
-New Sony Outdoor TV mounted in bsmt storage on swingout arm
-new RGB Led lights mounted under awning with remote control
-entire RV waxed and polished in fall
-roof, seams & windows caulked for preventative weatherization in spring and fall

We've maintained the RV extremely well and it is truly ready to roll, no surprises, no issues. But we're a growing family that needs more room, plus we mainly use the RV in the summer and it stays at the lake during June, July & August. Otherwise, it's in covered storage the other 9 months out of the year out of the elements. We no longer have the need for a drivable RV so we are looking for a 5th wheel or travel trailer. We're a non-smoking, clean and very particular family and have maintained the RV as such.
