I have exhausted Google and Utube. We are new Rvers. Purchased a used 2010 Ameri-lite 19KD. After educating myself, I see that we should be prepared to do a manual override in the event the slideout stops functioning. We were provided no crank. Manual says nothing specific about it. It has some sort of access port on the platform for the slideout located inside. No outside crank feature that we can find. We're not sure if this inside port is for performing the manual crank or not. Guess what we really need is help from someone who has one and can enlighten us on the entire process and possible provide us part nos., etc., if we need to order something. Beginning to think we should not have even purchased one. Thank you so much!
