Wanting to purchase new Gulfstream Yellowsrone but have been getting a lot of negatives about service. Has it improved recently?

It is my opinion that GS factory service is fine, so long as you can get their attention.

Service seems to slip at some dealerships. "WHY?" you ask. Who knows. You have to evaluate your individual dealership before making your purchase decision.

Add THAT question to your post & watch those answers with interest.

I have to agree with Bob. In 4-1/2 years and two GS motorhomes, I have never had a problem with Gulf Stream Coach, But the dealer has been a problem. They didn't listen to GS when told how to repair a problem I had with my windshield SO it was repaired by Gulf Stream at the Back Home Rally last June.

Gulf Stream Coach has always responded to any issue we had or any request we have made promtly even when out of warranty.
