Are there bubbles in the fiberglass that you can push in and see them flex in and out? If so then you have delamination. This is a usually a factory fix as the entire wall is removed and replaced.

Have your dealer notify Gulf stream immediately, it should be covered under the 2 year structural warranty. Delamination can be a very serious structural problem and is most often (but not always) caused by water infiltration. Get pictures and record dates of when you first noticed the problem. You do not want to have to pay for this out of pocket, it will be very expensive to fix. Check your caulking to make sure all areas are well sealed, it is the owners responsibility to maintain sealants.

Good luck, I hope it's not delamination.

Great news, I really like to hear when Gulf Stream steps up and takes care of things. You read so many negative posts on RV.net about Gulf Stream, but they always took care of my warranty issues promptly.
I hope they have it all fixed for you in time for camping season!
