So the Floorplan brochure for the Class-C, 1999 Conquest Limited E450SD w6266d MH says Bumper Jack was standard equipment on this floor plan. I have been crawling all over/ under for a month on various other issues, have yet to see/ find WHERE this (is/ may have been) stored? Anyone? (Thought i had asked that here before, but must have been a diff site?)

Not real sure about the Conquest. But on the SN's there is NO JACK or Spare set up due to the size of the Rig and they do not want You changing the tyres out they do it from a safety aspect. Makes sense.

I ENDED UP BUYING A 6-TON BOTTLE JACK, AND, and have used it on front, which would not take a bumper jack, but I can see that a Farm Jack (tractor jack) might work on rear frame near the bumper/ hitch. Will still need a another/ bigger jack stand before jacking rear :-)

I wouldn't change any of the tires - front or rear. But my new 6320 came with roadside assistance which provides for a tire change if you can provide the spare. So we have a spare mounted on the back. Hope we never have to use it !

FredF, TIP-1: During Pre-trip Inspection, also check that the NUTS on the METAL VALVE STEMS are snug/ tight; a loose NUT was what caused my slow leak that lead to a flat and tire loss.... I was clueless when I first found my (slightly low) tire and has so much trouble to air it back up. TIP-2: Have all tools, including Torque Wrench and Know/ document the Torque SPECS, even w/ ERA. My service truck took 6-hours to arrive at midnight on a Holiday weekend in a small town, (he had to repair broken air line on his tow vehicle, drop a tow, change vehicles and travel 100-miles from where he received initial notice.... did not have a tool to remove hub cap, (i HAD TOOL) and thought torque was 100-ftlbs, when it was 140. I had him tighten to 130, since I was uncertain... I had all except torque wrench, jack and lug wrench... :-( :-( WM was my first stop after.. for tools and tires. (Class-C w/ 3/4"dia x8-lugs torque is 140#, the 5-Lug x1/2" dia Lugs torque is 100#

FOLLOWUP: The 99 Class-C Conquest Limited DID COME w/ SPARE tire, BUT FURTHER experience/ investigation leads me to believe the elusive "bumper jack" mentioned in the BROCHURE had more to do w/ use as stabilizer when setup? Sure would LOVE to see a pic of one tho, (many models listed them); if later recalled/ stopped for some reason, that too would be interesting? Further, a FRAME JACK POINT vs axle jack point (bottle jack/ floor jack) would be unsafe and require a VERY TALL LIFT for changing a tire. :-)
