Towing capacity

Hello all,

I'm thinking about purchasing a 1996 Sun Voyager 32 foot with a 210 hp cummins diesel and i would like to know what the towing capacity is.

I want to pull a car on a flatbed trailer and the trailer and car is approx 3500 lbs. Mostly flat roads from Florida to Atlanta Ga.

I've also heard that the 210 cummins with mechanical pump can be easily bumped up to 230 so I would like some info on that if anybody knows.
