303 Protectant

We have a 2016 Amerilite 238RK and I want to clean and coat the roof with a UV protectant and condititoner. I've used 303 Protectant on my Jeeps soft top for years and it has kept it like new. Has anyone used this on the roof of their trailer? What would you recommend? Thanks for any in-sight.

I need something like that too.
Even though I recoated the roof with rubber coating it still seems to be oxidizing and leaving white streaks where the rain runs down the sides.
