In the back is a separate bedroom with quad bunks which is perfect for multiple kids to sleep with a curtain to close to hide the mess! Can sleep 8 very comfortably, but can squeeze in up to 10! Tons of living space for rainy days. There is a mount inside AND outside for a TV but we’ve never put one in.
The outdoor kitchen lets the kids sleep in the bedroom while you’re making your morning coffee!
We added shelving to bathroom and well as shelving to the bedroom closets for better organization. Removable carpets were added to entrance stairs (nice on the bare feet). Unit was winterized annually and stored on an asphalt pad. Never smoked in.
Reason for selling: kids have outgrown camping with parents. :(
