RV Driving Schools and Instructiions

Margaret and I are attending the Life on Wheels Conference in May at Western Kentucky University. We were disappointed to learn that the Dick Reed RV Driving School is all booked up there. There seems to be a dearth of RV Driving Schools or persons giving driving lessons for Rvers. Even the truck driving schools back away from this type of instruction. Does anyone know of any such instructions available anywhere in the North Carolina, South Carolina or Virginia areas?
