Lippert Chassis

Hi All i have a 2004 Canyon Trail in australia and was wondering if they had the Lippert chassis or Gulf Stream built their own??

Fairly simple question, do Gulf stream make its own chassis or use the lippert chassis????

In 2004 Gulfstream Chassis were made by Venture, which was later bought out by Lippert Components. Gulfstream did not build frames in house.

In my opinion yes, they went through a complete chemical submersion to prevent rust. Lippert only powder coats their frames.

Reason for my question is that here in Australia we have crap roads and a lot of trouble with chassis cracking and breaking especially up in the neck. I have not seen another Canyon Trail over here but the Crossroads are plentiful and seem to break a lot.
