2021 Envision. no brakes

Hi, New 2021 Envision 284QB. fresh from factory. First red light after picked up at dealer I can tell the brakes only working about 1\4 strength. Dealer says its my truck. Chevy says its the trailer..... Anyone else have a similar problem? Fix? The 4 magnets are "humming" I can max out or hold my controller and it rolls away...:confused:that should "Lock" up the brakes. I towed my old trailer for 5500 miles. NO brake problems. Thanks

Update. Dealer finally agreed to adjust brake shoes. Problem sort of solved. They work better but wont hold the trailer still.

we got a 19csk 2020 straight from the factory also and also had the same issue. I was told that because its new there is stuff on the pads to keep it from rusting sitting on the lot for a long time. I ended up taking it in and had Camping World clean the stuff off and they work much better.
