Help - I can't find the right roller for slidout

Wow, it is not often you are unable find a part on the World Wide Web, but I am running into some walls trying to find the support roller for under my dining slide out.

I have a 2005, with 3 slide outs. The dining slide out has two 8-10 inch support rollers on each slide out, and the plastic/Teflon has broken off one of my rollers.

I called Gulf stream to get parts number and they told me it is part #491BDE. No dealer who has Gulf stream has been able to find this part, and I have called a few across Canada.

Has anyone ever had to replace that roller? Suggestions of where I can get one/

I just went to eBay and typed in RV Slide roller and a number of options popped up. Roller widths ranged from 3” to just under 10”. It looks like the diameter is the same regardless of the width.
