I'm having issues with my 2004 6340 Gulfstream jack system control panel. it quit working. I tried all the resets and checked the ground and power wires. Now I'm looking for a replacement but, Equalizer systems no longer make the leveling jack control panel.

Apparently there is an updated replacement control panel. That said, they are asking me the length of the hoses that go to the jacks. Looks as if they want me to replace the complete lifting system. That seems to be a bit of an over kill replacement option.

I am hoping someone has figured out how to make their own replacement jack control panel. Any ideas might put me on the right path.
Thanking you in advance.

Do you have popouts? Are they hydrolic?
On my 2002 Gulf Stream, the leveler and the popouts use the same pump.
I reached out to Him Stream and was able to get electrical drawings for how they work.

Hey Mike, I had the same problem several years ago. I didn't buy Equalizer's pitch about having to upgrade the hydraulic lines in order to replace the controller. I purchased the switches and led lights at Grainger/Ebay for about $40. I cut off the harness just before the controller and there was enough harness available to route it up behind the dash. Equalizer has the wiring diagrams available on their website. If you can't find them I can get them to you via email. I had provided pics and part numbers on another Super C forum but cannot find that forum now. I'd be happy to help anyway I can. By the way, if you need hydraulic lines you can have them custom made at any farm equipment dealership or most rural fleet/hardware stores for a fraction of the price. Good luck, Rob

Rob,
I was not able to open the wiring diagram for the replacement Equlizer leveling system. I asked that you email or text me. I would enjoy having your fix to this issue.
