2005 GS Endura 6340 - leveling hydraluic jack

The bolt that connect the foot to the hydraulic ram broke.. so, I either need to find a shop that will remove the bolt or replace the unit. Anyone have a part number for the whole unit so I can compare the 2 options?

I would call equalizer systems (that's what my 2007 uses) they have been really easy to work with with could walk you through the fix.
