Done renting

Hello been renting travel trailers for the past 2 years now and looking at what we've been spending on rental fees and insurance it made sense to buy our own after looking online and checking out a few that were within our budget we were going to the grocery store by our house and past a 2013 ameri lite 225br with a for sale sign and way under our budget.
It's in the shop getting a upgraded AC Texas heat and new tires, pack wheel bearings and just general maintenance.
