We have a 2020 23RSS Vintage Cruiser that we love.

About a month ago we scraped a guardrail trying to avoid an oncoming truck that had crossed the double yellow line. The passenger side of the trailer has quite a bit of damage.

We took our trailer to an authorized Gulf Steam dealership to be repaired. The Service Manager informed us that Gulf Stream is not shipping any ‘customer pay’ parts. This includes parts paid for by an insurance company.

They have two Gulf Streams in their storage area waiting for parts. One has been there since last July, the other since last October.

The Service Manager did say that the dealership would give us full trade in value on ours if we wanted to buy a new trailer. We’re chewing on that. The thing is we love our ‘Diner’ and would prefer keeping it. If, in the end, we do trade it in, it will not be for a Gulf Stream. We love the product, at this time their customer service sucks soap big time.

Gulf Stream is shipping parts, they're behind but they're shipping. Contact a different dealer.

I watched a you tube blog the other day that said this is a problem with all camper brands. That with the supply demand so high for new units they are running into supply shortages and using all parts for new units and are not shipping parts out for warranty or sale because they are using what they can get to build units. Really a crappy way to do business but sadly rv companies aren't known for customer satisfaction. I own a 2016 Vista Cruiser that we love very much and luckily any parts we have needed so far have not been something we would have to get through manufacturer.
