After not getting a call back for nearly two weeks, I learned that Lori Kaler is no longer with Gulf Stream, She and I were working on an issue and suddenly there was no answer to my calls and her mailbox was full. I finally got to the operator and was told she is no longer there. I am working with a real nice rep now but no longer with Lori.

Is this "new rep" the new CS Manager?
If so, would you mind sharing the name?

Her name was Molly and I think she is the rep for the Texas region. She did not say she was the manager.

A couple of weeks ago I tried to reach my "designated" service rep---Mona. Well, Mona is now in parts. Thanks for the update. But I was refered to Molly, who was tough to reach. Never did get to speak with her. I don't think she is replacing Lori whose departure may be a blessing in disguise. Charlie

The last few times I have gone to e-mail and have had good results as far as getting a reply or a phone call back to me.

We received a letter from GS giving us the info on who our customer rep was and to contact her if we needed anything. I sat down and wrote her a 3 page letter. A day later I received a phone call from GS from another gal in CS asking if I received the letter and did we have anything that GS needed to be made aware of.

I was polite but spared no details on how badly our Super Nova was assembled. By tomorrow they should receive my letter about all the problems with this coach. I now have this gals email address and if I don't get a call back after she reads the letter she'll get it along with more added to it by email.

Hopefully they will be responsive and will resolve the many production issues of this coach.

The other day I called Molly Berger to determine if, in fact, she is our service rep. Yes, she is and covers the East coast. (800-482-6456 ext 3745). Very pleasant. Lori Kaelor (?) is gone and no replacement has been named. Charlie

Our letter was from a Jami Carr and when I talked to the sales rep for GS who handles the SW, he confirmed she was our rep. But we have not been able to make contact with her thru' letters, emails or calls. She has never called us back and I know she's received the info for she discussed it with the sales rep that was doing some leg work for us to see if we had the correct person.

Be nice if we'd get a return call.
