1st work with your dealer -then call GS and find someone that will not only liston but show you they are going to do something about your rv -we feel we have after a few calls got that someone to help -do not give up it may take a few calls -now know that it is going to take some time to let them know what you need and it is going to take some more time for them to let you know what they are going to do -hang in there try to explain what you need -if you are sent to another dealer understand they do not know everything you have been doing -so give them a chance -it will take time -we want it done today know it may take longer so be ready for this :shock:
