I found, the low point drain was under the hot...
I found, the low point drain was under the hot water tank but the other two drains were on the exact opposite side of the camper and were close to the wall so I completely missed them the first time....

I eventually got a reply back from customer...
I eventually got a reply back from customer service where they said the beds would support 200 which i doubted. I figured the beds could support 250. However this still does not give me an answer...
