no power to the mirrors and level power switch

When i turn the key and start the engine there is no power to the mirrors, and the front heater blower control, level switch, any one know if it might be a delay switch somewhere and where it might...

have a 03 Ultra supreme Class A when i start the engine i have no power to the mirrors, level controler, front heater blower, any one know if it might be a relay and where it would be located
