Hi
The water pump is on the passenger side compartment just in front of the rear wheels. It is in the center under a plastic panel. Take the screws out and take the panel off.

It sounds like model 40250-RVC from Surge Guard, made by TRC. I had one put in 2 months ago, under my bed. The paper work with the box said not to put it under the bed so I phoned the manufacture...

On the other end of the slide, the roller had eaten into the wood for whatever reason, so I cut the wood out down to the aluminum frame and replaced it with piece of 6” wide stainless steel sheet...

I have 2006 Crescendo 8356 with 2 slides; the one in the bedroom comes out about 20” and has 3 rollers.
