When I was looking at new trailers, I looked at a Kingsport and it felt "cheap" to me. I ended up buying an Innsbruck and have been happy with it for two years.

Roof detachment
My 2007 Innsbruck has a 10 year warranty on the roof. Still, I walk it every couple of months and will get the dealer to check over it at the start of next season.

low point drain
I have an Innsbruck 36FRS and my hot water heater is in the same area as my city water hook up. My low point drain is under the trailer in this same area.
